I’ve spent the last decade helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident through training. My journey started in the world of personal training, where I learned how important it is to make fitness fit around real life, not the other way around.

When I discovered hybrid training and later Hyrox, it completely changed the way I approached performance. I realised it wasn’t just about lifting weights or logging endless miles, it was about combining strength, endurance, recovery, and smart structure to perform at your best, whether that’s in everyday life or on race day.

I’ve coached clients across different backgrounds,from busy professionals balancing demanding careers, to athletes chasing competition goals. What they all have in common is the need for clear programming, accountability, and a sustainable approach that delivers results without burning them out.

That’s why I built 3D Training and the R.A.C.E. Blueprint. It’s my system for helping you train smarter, recover better, and perform with confidence.
